From life

That’s painted from life. I went up on the South hill. I sat there and painted that. I think it was several sessions, probably. So I had to find the exact spot again to sit. It was probably late spring, because everything was pretty green and it wasn’t real hot. I wanted the whole farmyard, and I think I got it pretty well. I think I got the neighbor’s across the road too.
