Well, I know who has that painting. The Edmonds have that, I think that went at the last [Pie Social] raffle. It’s just another Stranger Church painting to track the progress on remodeling the historic building. Oh it looks good, oh golly. I don’t know if I could capture that now, it’d look so different you wouldn’t even know it’s the same building. I was surprised to see how well it really looks. I’m proud of it. I didn’t have anything to do with it, but I’m proud of it.

While we were working on getting the house [across the road from the church] ready before we were married, cleaning it up, that’s probably my first memory of the church. That was a long time ago, too. That would have been 1950.
